    Each Empress Marley Collection bag is handmade to order with care and attention to detail.

    Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5–21 business days, depending on our current order volume. We appreciate your patience as we create your one-of-a-kind piece.

    Shipping: Once your order has been completed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, Empress Marley Collection does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Empress Marley Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing package protection/insurance at checkout to help protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
